Join us as we celebrate the art of quilting. Whether you admire the beauty of the artwork in the quilt & wearable art competitions and special exhibits, shop the aisles of the Merchants Mall for the best fabric, or learn a new technique in workshops taught by an outstanding faculty, be sure to take part in the excitement that is the Pacific International Quilt Festival. Ride to the festival in our comfortable motorcoach and then enjoy the festival at your own pace, seeing as much as you wish and choosing your favorite activities. Tickets will be pre-purchased and wristbands will be distributed on the bus, so when we arrive you can avoid long ticketing lines at the entrance.
Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Bus departs 7:00 a.m. from Davis Target, 7:20 a.m. from University Retirement Community and 8:15 a.m. from Fairfield Lowes. Return in reverse at 5:45, 6:45, 7 p.m.
Activity Level: 2 to 3 (the venue is large, but you will be free to explore at your own pace)
Cancellations: Cancellations received by September will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after that date will only receive a refund if your space can be filled from the waiting list.
COVID Policies: Travelers must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccine; if we do not already have a copy of your vaccine card on file, upload it when registering online, email it to us at DavisTravelaires@gmail.com, or send it to the Travelaires office, 646 A Street, Davis CA 95616. You will only need to do this once, as we will keep the documentation on file.
Masking requirements will be determined one week prior to the trip. Bring a copy of your vaccination card and a photo ID, as some venues may require proof of vaccination upon entry.
