Experience the remarkable life story of the man behind the magic at the Walt Disney Museum. During our self-guided visit, you can explore 10 permanent galleries covering Walt's life from his childhood to his death, along with a digital theater showing Disney films and special exhibitions showcasing various Disney artists and films. The exhibits, some of which are narrated in Walt’s own voice, feature early drawings, cartoons, movies, music, listening stations, video screens, and a spectacular scale model of Disneyland. A special exhibit, “Happiest Place on Earth: The Disneyland Story,” celebrates the theme park’s 70th anniversary. After our museum visit, we will drive to Sausalito for lunch at the Spinnaker, a waterfront eatery.
Depart 7:40 a.m. from Davis Target and 8 a.m. from University Retirement Community. Return in reverse at approximately 5 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.
