Terms and Conditions

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued for day trip cancellations before the date specified for each trip. After the specified date, refunds will only be given if the traveler's space can be filled from the waiting list. For longer excursions, the partnering tour operator determines the cancellation policy.
• Privacy: Davis Travelaires will not sell or share travelers' personal information to other entities.
• Liability: Davis Travelaires does not assume responsibility for the safety or well-being of participants or their property in any matters pertaining to tours, trips or other activities.  
• Personal Assistance: Escorts and drivers cannot provide any personal assistance. Travelers must register a companion as a paid participant if personal assistance is needed for mobility limations or other limitations.
• For the enjoyment of all travelers:
• Silence cell phones and do not make/receive calls while on the bus, during shows/performances or during guided tours.
• Do not talk to the bus driver while he/she is driving.
• Use courteous language when speaking with driver, escort, guides and other travelers. Do not use profanity, hold discussions above regular conversational noise levels, engage in physical altercations or become involved in any other disruptive behavior.
• Address any feedback, problems or compliments directly to the trip escort.
